April HBA Meeting
Please join us for an HBA Meeting on Thursday April 8th. This is a Pot Luck Meeting, beginning at 6:30pm, at the Hubbardston Rod and Gun.
We will be awarding the prizes to the winners at the next meeting of the Hubbardston Business Association at the Hubbardston Rod and Gun Club on Thursday, April 8, at 6:30 pm. We will also be presenting checks to our grant recipients:
- Hubbardston Youth Baseball
- Hubbardston CERT (Community Emergency Response Team)
- Hubbardston Recreational Field
This meeting is a potluck dinner, and is free and open to the public. You are also invited to attend the program after the awards ceremony, "The Business of Getting Fit."

Frozen Assets
Its that time again! Time for the HBA's Second Annual Frozen Assets!
2010 HBA Scholarship
The Hubbardston Business Association will be offering two $500 scholarships to Hubbardston Seniors graduating in the spring of 2010.
One $500 scholarship will be awarded to a Hubbardston Senior graduating from Quabbin, School Choice, Home School, etc. and going into a business program at a college or business school.
The second $500 scholarship will be awarded to a Hubbardston Senior graduating from Monte Tech., School Choice, Home School, etc. and going into a trade or to a technical school.
Applications are available from the Guidance Departments at Quabbin and Monty Tech., at the Hubbardston Pizza Palace.
Applications must be returned to the HBA Scholarship Committee; Attn: Ron Hopper P.O. Box 291; Hubbardston, MA 01452-0291 by 4/23/10 to be considered for the scholarship.

HBA Monthly Newsletter
The HBA publishes a monthly newsletter sent via email on the last day of each month.
Printed copies of this newsletter are made available at each meeting for those members who do not have email access.
The HBA is always seeking content for the newsletter. Any business
news, promotions, job opportunities, etc., that you would like published
in the newsletter should be
submitted to Jen Baum at enbaum@verizon.net no later than the 20th of the
month.
